Inspired by the professional profiles on the LinkedIn platform, we are proud to present a new exhibition in which artists with developmental disabilities envision themselves, their peers, and other famous artists in their own unique visual vocabularies.

Presented with egalitarian vision in the new InCommon community engagement space at the LinkedIn headquarters in San Francisco, the exhibition offers viewers a new perspective of Creativity Explored  artists as they create and celebrate their own artistic identities.

The exhibition promotes homogeneity between artists, placing side by side Picasso, Yayoi Kusama and Creativity Explored artists, such as Nita Hicks and Steven Liu, manifesting a more inclusive and expansive definition of the “art creator.”

To see the exhibit, simply check with the reception desk in the lobby of the LinkedIn building during regular business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday).

Featured artists include: Eric Boysaw, Kevin Chu, Peter Delira,Christina Marie Fong, Daniel Green, Joseph “JD” Green, Nita Hicks,Loren King, Steven Liu, John Patrick McKenzie, Jason Monzon,Cheryle Rutledge, Joe Yuen, Yang “Buurin” Yu Zhen

About Creativity Explored & LinkedIn
To help provide support for Bay Area nonprofits, LinkedIn has launched InCommon, a space in their San Francisco office dedicated for local nonprofits to use for events, meetings, and programs at no cost! Linkedin is featuring artwork from local nonprofit, Creativity Explored, with all of the proceeds going to their artists. This space serves as a vital connection point for Bay Area nonprofits to achieve their missions and better connect with Linkedin and their Social Impact programs.

We are thrilled to be partnering with LinkedIn as a resident in their new InCommon Community Engagement Space. During our residency, we will be hosting a series of exhibitions of CE artwork for LinkedIn staff, visitors, and the nonprofits that will utilize the space for meetings and special events.
