Get ready to unleash your creativity at the coolest art camp in San Francisco!

Creativity Explored has been empowering artists with disabilities for over 40 years, changing the art world along the way — and now youth (grades 6–12) get to be a part of our community at Camp Imaginate while developing their own talent. 

Our camp is open to all San Francisco youth in grades 6-12, with a special focus on young people with disabilities.

Five awesome art-making mediums

Explore painting, drawing, ceramics, fiber arts, digital media, and so much more!

Customized for your grade level

6–12 graders: Full-day Experience

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3 PM

Showcase your talent

Wrap up your session with a bang as we celebrate your hard work and creativity in an epic exhibition of student projects at the end of every session!

How we support neurodiverse and disabled campers

  • Low ratio of staff to campers to make sure campers get the support they need to thrive.

  • Support staff and teachers who are trained and experienced in providing services to students with disabilities.

  • Program activities that are designed around and adaptable to the accessibility needs of all of the campers at Camp Imaginate.

  • Mentorship and artist visits from the adult artists with developmental disabilities at Creativity Explored.
