In his art practice, Mosai shines brightest when he has the freedom to focus on his own projects. With colorful markers (his medium of choice), Mosai creates graphic drawings that reference pop culture imagery, like the Kool-Aid Man or rapper Tyga. While he loves creating two-dimensional art, Mosai also harbors a passion for jewelry making, and is eager to explore new mediums and techniques like papier mâché and 3D printing.
With role models like his mom, aunts, and uncle, and close friends by his side, Mosai finds inspiration in the relationships that matter most to him. From collecting figurines to playing basketball and indulging in video games and music, Mosai's interests are as diverse as his artistic creations. He loves car racing games, collecting figurines, and listening to hip hop and oldies!
