Clementina Rivera

El Salvadorian born Clementina Rivera (b. 1951) is a dedicated and focused artist who often finds her inspiration in the masterworks of early Modernists, like Pablo Picasso and Henri Matisse.

Always eager to learn new skills, Rivera, who joined Creativity Explored in 2011, has worked with a variety of mediums, including graphite, colored pencil, watercolor, and acrylic. The array of works she creates encompass stylistic qualities that are as diverse as the materials she uses. Some works are figural, with soft lines and subdued colors, while others are sharp, boldly colored geometric abstractions.
