Denise Boulter

Passionate about women's issues and closing the diversity gap in nonprofit leadership, Denise has served on the board of directors for Tri-Valley Haven and Eating Disorders Resource Center. Her career spans 20 years in fund development and marketing and she is most proud of launching the Vineyard Resource Center, the Open Heart Food Bank, and the Filipino Barrio Fiesta in Livermore. Born and raised in the Bay Area, she is a mom of two daughters and two dogs, and married to her lucky partner Ben. Denise graduated from UCLA with a bachelor's in International Development Studies and earned her CFRE in 2022. Her hobbies include seeing live music and theater as much as possible, learning guitar, and researching her next vacation.
With her deep commitment to social impact and a lifelong love for the arts, Denise is excited to lead CE's development efforts and to help donors realize their philanthropic goals.
