Whole Foods Market tote bags feature licensed art by Laron Bickerstaff
Art by CE artist Laron Bickerstaff featured on local Whole Foods Market tote bags
With new store openings in Oakland and San Francisco, Whole Foods Market partnered with CE to create tote bags featuring artwork by Laron Bickerstaff. In celebrating the opening of new stores in Temescal (Oakland), Stonestown (SF), and Trinity (SF), Whole Foods Market wanted to design a bag that highlighted a local artist while conveying a sense of community, warmth, and hospitality. Deaf CE artist Laron Bickerstaff’s ASL font was the perfect fit.
The new red swag bag features Bickerstaff’s ASL font spelling out “local” within a heart outline. Next time you visit one of these three Whole Foods Market locations, support CE and grab a Laron Bickerstaff “local” bag!
