Crezia Tano is an accomplished civic leader with two decades of experience advancing economic development, organizational effectiveness, and cross-sector partnerships. Crezia currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of San Francisco’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development, she oversees a $90M portfolio and 150 employees, driving initiatives that strengthen economic inclusion, accelerate the City's economic comeback, and expand opportunity across communities. Crezia led Mayor Lee's effort to spur small-scale development in the outer neighborhoods of San Francisco, which delivered over 1,000 units of housing. She has held roles at the Port of San Francisco and at non-profit economic development agencies, where she spearheaded initiatives to propel business growth.
