Theresa Perez

Reflecting her extremely outgoing nature, Theresa Perez’s art is colorful and effervescent. Using mainly drawing media over watercolor washes, she draws with a loose, flowing style. She often depicts images from popular culture in her artwork. Perez often adds humorous captions to portraits and other images that she paints. Her expressive and turbulent line always brings personality and movement to her subjects.
CB2 chose Perez’s drawing of a horse to embellish a pillow that they produced in 2010.
