The Mural Dedication!

The utility box that studio artists Peter Cordova and Vincent Jackson painted with teaching artist Paul Moshammer in January 2007 finally had a dedication ceremony.

Mayor Gavin Newsom came to unveil one of the six utility boxes that were painted in collaboration with Precita Eyes muralists.

Peter and Vincent would like to paint several more. How about 16th Street? There are still plenty of green boxes around!
