CE video live on MSN!

Recognition & Awards

Where Life is “Terrifical”, a short video about Creativity Explored, went live on MSN this morning. Please take a few minutes to view the creative energy, artistic processes, and human connections that take place in our studios every day, and read the accompanying article. We are very pleased and proud to have been selected to celebrate and share our work with artists with developmental disabilities as part of MSN’s Practical Guide to Healthier Living series. You can view the video here.

“Most of us believe that artists have a special role to play in society. Art reveals new ways to learn, understand, and connect with other people. Yet, declaring oneself to be an artist is not something many of us can do with confidence. However, the more than 125 artists who work at Creativity Explored, a nonprofit visual art center where artists with developmental disabilities create, exhibit, and sell art, can say this with the greatest of certainty.”
