2006 Holiday Art Sale
Art Sale
A bargain hunter’s paradise of original artwork
December 1 – 28, 2006
SAN FRANCISCO…Hate the hassle and expense of holiday shopping? Tired of trudging from store to store in search of something original? Well, say goodbye to holiday shopping headaches this year! Shoppers in the know are already counting the days until Creativity Explored’s Annual Holiday Art Sale — San Francisco’s best kept secret for hip gifts that are guaranteed to inspire and delight your friends and family. And it’s all on sale for rock bottom prices – many items as low as $5. Creativity Explored is a nonprofit visual arts center for artists with developmental disabilities. Studio artists work in different media, from painting to bookmaking to sculpture - and everything in between. Half of the proceeds from the sale of the work go directly to the artists. So, feel good about the dollars you spend this December, and come find out why readers of both the San Francisco Weekly and the San Francisco Bay Guardian made us their favorite art gallery in this year’s annual Reader’s Polls.
