Work by John Patrick McKenzie will be shown as part of the Tyne & Wear Archives and Museum’s “Collected Fragments” exhibition, which takes place at their Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens. “Collected Fragments” brings together eleven international contemporary artists who share an interest in collecting. Their art reflects an urge to create order and make sense of the world. The exhibition seeks to explore the organized nature of their work and offers us an insight into the lives of the artists, some of who are on the autistic spectrum. We are honored to be included in this international exhibition, which only confirms the world-dominating power of McKenzie’s artwork.
