Two studio artists prove there's nothing wrong with repeating yourself in the exhibition Subjects of Desire. Evelyn Reyes and Camille Holvoet make drawings of a few (and only a few) of their favorite things. Reyes currently enchanted with carrots has experienced several long periods of preoccupation with a single subject including the sandwich period the bell period and the garbage can period. Holvoet's chief passion is cake. Her cakes are well-known for their dramatic flair including her flaming cakes and the more recent Jesus cakes covered in crosses and anti-psychotic medication. The exhibition is curated by Creativity Explored Art Instructor Paul Moshammer.
