L’ITALIE À PARIS - Exposition Collective

If you happen to be in Paris check out the works of Creativity Explored artists Lance Rivers and James Miles at  L’Italie à Paris!

Opening January 20 and on display until March 16, The Imaginary City, Curated by David Prowler and Clara Rizzitelli, presents how artists perceive urban life. Reflecting the diversity of city life, this show includes drawings, collages, photographs, assemblages and hybrids.

Crowded, noisy, exciting, sexy, expensive, polluted, stimulating, difficult: the city is all these at the same time. And the city is simultaneously surprising and familiar, comforting and amazing. Whether one lives in the city by obligation or love, the city shapes our styles of living, our bodies and our thoughts. The artists come from New York and San Francisco (USA), Paris, Rome and Turin (Italy). The works shine light on Chicago, Memphis, New York, Paris, Turin, San Francisco, but above all the one that shows the common denominator in their work, the best and most poetic city of all – the imaginary city.
