Norman Ballou

Norman Ballou was born in 1949, but it is unknown where. He has been working at Creativity Explored as an artist since 1997.

When creating art, Ballou chooses the colors he works with, but it is the process or activity of painting and layering materials that appeals to him. Ballou’s work is exclusively non-figurative with the exception of found objects such as toys that he often attaches to his always “in-progress” sculptural columns. Ballou has an intense interest in the Beatles and this is a recurrent theme in his work. He does not appear particularly interested in exploring other subject matter.
