Jeanette Rideau

Jeanette Rideau was born in 1953 and is a native of San Francisco. She has been working in the Creativity Explored studio since 1988.

Rideau is an eager artist, always ready to delve into new media and work in a variety of formats. Thematically, her artwork reflects the people and objects most important in her life. From drawings of groups of friends, to textile works showing her family, to an intricate constellation painting depicting all of her dogs who have passed on, Rideau’s artwork is comfortingly familiar.
