In 2006, AvalonBay Communities, Inc. commissioned 27 artists from Creativity Explored to create 95 pieces of artwork to be installed in the public spaces at Avalon at Mission Bay, a residential community located at 4th and King Streets in San Francisco. The pieces shown below are a representative sample of the entire Avalon at Mission Bay permanent collection.
