Benefit Event Art: SF Notables 2005

In March 2005, Creativity Explored presented San Francisco Notables, a celebrity portrait auction and reception to benefit the organization. Hosted by District Attorney Kamala Harris and comedian Will Durst, this fundraising event at 111 Minna Gallery was a huge success. Will Durst provided entertainment during the event, and Jonathan Richman made a surprise guest appearance towards the end of the reception. After-party entertainment was provided by Every Move a Picture.

Our Wall of Fame included 34 of the celebrities, community leaders, and colorful characters that give San Francisco its unique reputation for tolerance, innovation, and eccentricity. Below is a sample of some of the portraits created by 17 of our studio artists. Learn more about SF Notables 2005 →
