Creativity Explored is governed by a 12 to 15-member Board of Directors. Board members are forward-thinking individuals who bring diverse skills and insights to the organization and work to ensure we remain a leader in the field of art and disability.
At times, Creativity Explored accepts applications for Board membership. If you are interested in learning more about the application process, please contact us.
Hello Creativity Explored Community,
I know you know just how amazing Creativity Explored is. It is truly an organization where art changes lives. As the Vice President of the Board of Directors, I personally want to thank you for being a part of our growing and thriving community of art lovers and advocates for people living with disabilities.
Whether you’ve only had one opportunity to explore our space or have been to more than 20 openings, we consider you part of our family at Creativity Explored. Thank you for visiting, exploring and expressing your enthusiasm with us. Did you know that we’ve been voted Best Bay Area Art Gallery by readers of the SF Weekly in 2005 and 2006, and by readers of the San Francisco Bay Guardian in 2006?
We have some really exciting things planned for this year and 2008. We are looking forward to seeing you at upcoming happenings like gallery exhibitions, art sales, outside events and more…
I get excited each and every time I visit the Creativity Explored studio gallery or website. It’s fun to stay connected and hear about all the wonderful things that happen each and every day at CE. Our redesigned website has a studio blog so you too can keep up on all things CE. See the latest from Michael Loggins, John McKenzie and other studio artists. Hear about studio artists field trips or simply keep up with the news and events of this amazing place. You can even add your own comments.
You can also see and buy art on our website. It’s almost like being in the studio gallery itself. Start by picking your favorite artist or a piece of art that catches your eye. Take a journey though various collections in an entirely new way. Can you tell I’m excited about our website? We couldn’t have made this site without you. We redesigned our site with you in mind. Let us know what you think.
I’ve been involved with CE for many years now and have played a number of roles in this organization. I want to give to this organization what they have given me; inspiration, connection to community and respect for the individual. I invite you to get involved at any level. Whether you can donate money, volunteer your time, join the board or simply be a part of our community, I encourage you to stay engaged and expand the circle. Tell a friend about our awesome organization. We want to see you at our next happening or hear from you on our site.
Thanks again!
